Reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the scheduled stay.
If cancellation occurs after 7 days, the customer will be charged 30% of the total amount.
If the reservation is cancelled within 5 days, the full amount will be charged regardless, including for no-shows on the check-in day.
